Invergarry is an ideal touring base, situated in the heart of the Great Glen, with the pretty village of Fort Augustus less than 10 minutes away by car and Fort William, Glencoe, Mallaig, Eilean Donan Castle, Urquhart Castle, Inverness and of course the famous 'Nessie' village, Drumnadrochit, all within easy reach.

The Great Glen Cycle Track (Fort William to Inverness) is directly above the Bed & Breakfast and is ideal for mountain bike enthusiasts. There are also some beautiful forest walks in and around Invergarry itself |

We are about 20 minutes drive from Aonach Mor Ski Centre which offers
Gondola rides and a dry ski slope as well as winter skiing, and
there are more than 30 Munros within 30/40 minutes drive.

Drynachan Beag is on the A82 road, about 1.5 miles north of the junction with the A87 (the road to Skye) and 1 mile south of the Aberchalder Bridges at the north end of Loch Oich. It shares a driveway with the old cottage next door, Drynachan, so to reach Drynachan Beag turn off the main road, then sharp left to come to the new house.
